Onboarding

Captur creates a workspace based on the information provided in your onboarding form.

Administrator users can use the control centre to:

• Manage user accounts
• View company policy
• Upload test images

Please note that administrator users are responsible for generating and sharing API keys; Captur does not store or have access to these keys after creation.

Testing with Staging Workspaces

To support testing, developers have access to two Captur workspaces:

1. [Your Workspace Name] Staging – Use this for testing new SDK versions, functionality, or experimental features.
2. [Your Workspace Name] – Reserved for production

The workspace used is determined by your API key, which is limited to the workspace where it was created.

While staging and production workspaces offer the same functionalities, the data within them differs; staging workspaces typically contain significantly fewer records.
